Changed your mind about an order? No problem. You may request modifications within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note: once your order has entered processing or is already in transit, further modifications are unfortunately not possible.
Return Policy — Your Satisfaction Is Our Top Priority
At Teefufu, your satisfaction comes first. If you experience any of the following issues, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost:
- Non-receipt of the product within the guaranteed delivery time (20 days, not including the 5–7 days processing window).
- Wrong item received (incorrect customization, wrong product, or significantly different item).
- Damaged item received (broken or defective on arrival).
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, you do not need to return the wrong or defective item — we’ll cover that, so you won’t pay return shipping.

Refund Policy — Peace of Mind Guaranteed
We will not process refunds in the following situations:
- The order failed to arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer).
- The order failed to arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier strikes).
To request a refund, submit your request within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (20 days) has expired. Requests made after 35 days from the order date cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method or account within 7 business days.
Exchanges — When We Make a Mistake
We do not accept size exchanges or returns for fit issues unless the error originated with us (for example, we shipped the wrong size). If there is a manufacturing issue (sewing, print defect, etc.), contact us first so we can evaluate and advise on next steps.
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization from our support team.
